In-House Engineering and Production
All of our work takes place under one roof, at our Elk Grove Village, Illinois manufacturing plant. From design and engineering to manufacturing, packaging, and shipping, we manage every step of the product development and production process.
Consistent quality is our number one goal. We help you find the optimal production process and materials to deliver a product that meets your quality standards.
Because all production takes place right here in the United States, you can easily schedule a site visit to see our commitment to quality for yourself. Or pick up the phone and give us a call. Our team is available to answer all of your RF welding, heat sealing, and thermo-vacuum forming questions.
Our Standard of Quality
What does quality mean at SealWerks? First and foremost, it means that your product does everything it’s intended to do. We promise to deliver strong seams, consistent performance and dependable products. If something does go wrong, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Every production run undergoes rigorous quality checks. We’re familiar with:
- ISO manufacturing standards
- ANSI quality standards
- ASTM quality standards
Our manufacturing experts monitor the production run to spot potential issues before they become bigger concerns. If they have questions about product specifications or materials, our engineers are in-house and standing by to offer answers.
Meeting Your Quality Assurance Standards
With clients in the medical, military, and aerospace industries, we understand that lives are on the line with every seam we seal. That’s why we apply integrated quality assurance measures at every step of the manufacturing process.
We also know that some of our clients are subject to even more industry-specific quality standards to protect health and safety. If you have additional quality guidelines or industry best practices we should know about, let us know. Our manufacturing experts and engineers can adjust our processes to accommodate your needs.
Product Testing and Compliance
Need help testing a prototype or selecting the right material for the job? We can assist you with additional compliance testing and application testing to determine whether your prototype is ready for a full production run.
As a full service manufacturer, we are just the right size company to deliver a quality product: Large enough to meet your needs—small enough to provide personalized support.
