Heat Sealing and RF Welding

Using heat sealing or RF welding we can connect tubes, hoses, and other special features into plastic and plastic-coated products. Both processes create strong bonds to form a durable, air-tight, and leak-proof seal without the use of added chemicals. These qualities make heat-sealing and RF welding ideal for medical products.

We can use these processes to connect tubes or hoses to air bladders or medical collection
bags. Tubes inserted into the material become part of the design, adding functionality to the
product.

Thermoforming and Vacuum Forming

Thermoforming or vacuum forming are ideal for food service and medical devices. By heating and shaping plastic on a mold, we can create custom cushions, trays, bins, or medical imaging equipment covers and cases.

Industrial Sewing for Product Finishing

One of our specialties is heavy-duty sewing to finish welded and heat-sealed products. We can add grommets, velcro tabs, zippers, or other fasteners to a wide range of materials and products. Ideal for protective covers, bags and cases, or cushions.
